PROTOCOL

Prepare empty sample
tube for mixing transport
media and Media:Direct™
Extraction Buffer -
Put 90μL of transport
media containing sample
organism and 10μL of
Media:Direct™ Extraction
Buffer in the tube -
Shke the tube up
and down for 5-10 times
and incubate it
in the room temperature
for 5 minutes for lysis -
Take 10μL of of
supernatant of the
mixture and use this as
template of PCR test

Experimental conditions
In this test, 10μl of whole blood sample was mixed with Rapi:Prep™ Lysis Buffer. After incubation under room temperature for 10 minutes, 1μl through 5μl of supernatant from the mixture were used as PCR template.
