CONFIGURATION OF TEST CHIP
Primer pairs and probes of rpoB, katG, and inhA to detect RIF and INH resistant TB are labeled in each well. Well number 1 is for running negative control and each well from number 8-10 is for running positive controls. With this test chip configuration, MTB, rpoB, katG, and inhA can be detected at a single PCR run.
