CONFIGURATION OF TEST CHIP
Primer pairs and probes for 6 types of STI pathogens are labeled in each well. Well number 1 is for running negative control and each well from number 8-10 is for running positive controls. With this test chip configuration, Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU), Chlamydia trachomatis(CT), Mycoplasma hominis(MH), Mycoplasma genitalium(MG), Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG), and Trichomanas vaginalis(TV) can be detected at a single PCR run.
